Foundation Year

Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BSc, BEng etc)
 

Top-Up Degree

  • Entry route for students without the required qualifications.

  • Adds 1 extra year before the main degree.

  • Prepares you for university-level study.

  • You can apply with work experience instead of A-levels

  • Standard undergraduate qualification.

  • Usually 3 years (full-time).

  • Covers a wide range of subjects: Business, Art, Science, Engineering, and more.

  • Applicants must have Level 3 or equivalent qualifications

  • For students who already hold a Foundation Degree, HND, or equivalent.

  • Usually 1 year of study to “top-up” to a full Bachelor’s degree.

  • Example: Business Management (Top-Up) BA (Hons).
